The Early Years Alliance is committed to helping pre-school groups value diversity and promote equality. At Cumnor Pre-school Nursery we believe that no child, individual or family should be excluded from the Nursery's activities on the grounds of disability, race, gender reassignment, religion/belief, sex, sexual orientation, age, pregnancy/maternity or marriage/civil partnership (As defined by the Equalities Act, 2010). We aim to ensure that all those who wish to attend, work in, or volunteer to help with, our Nursery have an equal chance to do so.
